 Bobb A. Meckenstock is a 27-year MDRT member with 26 Top of the Table honors. Bobb has the distinction of being the youngest sales person in the life insurance industry to achieve Top of the Table status. Since reaching this accolade in 1981, he has continued to qualify every year for Top of the Table.
Because people are living longer, healthier lives today, Bobb recognized early in his career that self-made individuals had a need for accumulating wealth on a tax-deferred basis. He has used the power of tax deferral to help thousands of clients during the last 20 years to accumulate more than $200 million in deferred assets.
Bobb joined The Meckenstock Group in 1980, and with his late brother Dave, he expanded the company from its humble beginnings in 1937 to an organization that is licensed in 33 states has 16 branch offices and 75 registered reps through its own securities dealer Main Street Securities. Bobb is currently the president of Main Street Securities LLC, an independent broker dealer registered with the NASD.
He has authored and co-authored several industry manuals and publications, including Money Talks, Wealth Accumulation Strategies, and MDRT’s Annuity Manual. Bobb has served on several industry committees as either chair or board member. He has also shared his ideas with audiences throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and South East Asia.
